Our special tile cleaning machines use the power of very hot steam along with a tile cleaning product that breaks-down, cleans and sanitizes your tile. We use a water-based product that is ideal for residential or commercial floors and many other surfaces located indoors or outdoors.

Tile Cleaning Process:

1. Apply pre-condtioner
2. Agitate conditioner into grout lines.
3. Using a truck-mounted unit, rinse with high pressure rotary wand.
4. Apply sealant(Optional)

We Do Not Clean Natural Stone or painted grout.
